5 Unexpected Ways to Attract Your Soul Clients - Get the FREE Guide

There are so many ways to become more spiritual. Or awaken, be enlightened, fulfill your life purpose, waken your inner witch – any term you can think. So many!

It’s super easy to get distracted as you connect to new and exciting tools to support your body, mind, and spirit that it’s easy to forget a basic, but powerful one.

EXERCISE.

I know. It sounds boring. It sounds too easy. It doesn’t seem magical, right?

But it is necessary.

There isn’t a specific exercise that you need. It’s any that:

  • Gets your blood pumping.
  • Makes you sweat.
  • Challenges you.
  • Let’s your body move!

It can be dance, training for a marathon, trying to beat your time on the elliptical machine at the gym, hiking, climbing, sweaty yoga, or kickboxing, to name a few.

But it does need to be vigorous.

Why?

Because you need to move the energy out!

There is also another key here – It keeps you feeling powerful.

This is important. As you peel back layers, as you connect to others who are in crappy situations, see violence, it is very important that you do not take on their situation as your own. In addition to any energy clearing practices, it’s important to remain in that frame of mind that you are powerful.

You are the keeper of you mind, body and spirit.

“I AM THE KEEPER OF MY MIND AND BODY. WHEREVER LOVE IS PRESENT, FEAR IS A STRANGER.” – Kyle Gray

It also keeps you grounded. There is nothing more “normal” than walking on the treadmill at the gym. Doing those “normal” everyday things can really keep you in your body and keep your head from being too far in the stars.

I love being among the stars, but I have work to do here and so do you.

Plus, if you are empathic it’s really easy to take on the energy of others. To empathize so much that it makes you feel like there is no hope.

But there is hope.

Which is why we need to dance, move, and challenge our bodies so we release the stored energies that no longer serve us.

It’s true that we are releasing through meditations, books, and energy healings, but the physical needs to release too. Our power centers need to replenish and recharge.

AND, we need to really be in our bodies to affect change.

We can do it.

Exercise will help you. Sweat, challenge yourself with any kind of movement that will help you. Don’t skip it!

My favorite exercise right now is the rowing machine at the gym. I have no idea why but I just love it after sweating on the elliptical. Rowing to my “Girl on Fire” Pandora station just feels so rewarding.

What are your favorite moves to let go of built up energy? I’d love to hear about it in the comments.

XOXO,
